Boarding Information for partner bookings – preparation of tour

On this page our partners can find the “static” part of our Boarding Information in a neutral white label version for the tours most booked by our partners You can download it at any time, process it (copy/paste, if you wish), and/or send it directly to your client. This information includes over 95% of the tour information.

“Static” information means that this is all information that is valid for the entire 2024 season for a particular tour on a particular ship, but without variable information, such as (for most ships) the place of embarkation for that ship on a specific tour date. Especially in Amsterdam, berths can vary as they are assigned by the Amsterdam Port Authority and can vary by departure date throughout the season.

Embarkation locations for each tour and ship will be sent to you on an ongoing basis in our Boarding Info per departure date per booking (including your booking reference), which we will continue to email approximately 6 weeks prior to each departure.

Important: if you use this static information, make sure you update your guests in the last weeks before they start their tour about the location of embarkation for their ship on their departure date.
