Dear partners,
The meteorological Spring has started on March 1, the sun is shining, and the first tulips come out of the ground. The pandemic situation is now rapidly improving, and most restrictive measures have already been or are announced to be scaled down soon. Especially for overseas travelers it is important to know, that mandatory self-quarantine for fully vaccinated travelers is not required anymore when entering a EU country. And the bookings (a big “thank you” to you too!) are now pouring in at a rapid pace.
For the first time since 2019, Boat Bike Tours will be able to run Tulip Cruises by the end of March: we are so happy and cannot wait for that special moment to welcome the first guests on board and see the first ships leave the port of Amsterdam!

To make it a bit easier for our travelers to inform themselves appropriately about the specific rules for international travel, that they must (or, maybe later: no longer must) take in account when traveling to and entering a country, we have tried to collect a wide variety of links to governmental and other useful websites of various countries in which Boat Bike Tours organizes cycling cruises. We tried to publish links with “timeless” information (updated by these institutions when the rules change) as much as possible. Click HERE to read them in full.
Unfortunately, the pandemic still has a small aftermath. As a result, we unfortunately had to postpone the start of the season for a few ships and trips by 1-3 weeks. Partners, who have booked guests on these departures have been informed accordingly. We sincerely hope this is the last change we had to make as a result of the pandemic.
We hope that 2022 will be a peaceful and prosperous season for all of us. Thank you very much for your support and understanding in the exceptional and difficult past two years!
