This is already the 8th week of our season, and we are relieved and very delighted that we can operate again and offer our mutual guests a fantastic cycling cruise! Boat Bike Tours has published 2023 tour dates, prices + details
A bit later than usual, we have published our 2023 tours and planning. There may be a few minor amendments and additions of dates within the next few weeks, but we will announce them in our next Partner Update. As our season start and the main booking wave exceptionally took place at the same time this year, unfortunately, we have had a backlog of requests to respond to in the last few weeks, which has caused requests for bookings or options to sit for longer periods of time than usual. We apologize for that! In order to avoid delays and possible disappointments, we would again like to draw your attention to our online partner booking tool that we offer especially to our registered booking partners, where you can find live availability of our trips at any time of the day.

Please check the extensive information in our “Pre-departure Update”, the current Covid-rules and policies during our tours on board our ships as well as information (links to various governmental websites) conc. the Covid-related rules for international/intercontinental travel.
We ask for your understanding that changes in bookings must be notified no later than seven days before the start of a trip. Only in very exceptional situations an exception can be made.
In order to provide your guests with the correctly sized rental bicycle or e-bike, it is very important that we know their height: Please let us know the height of your guests in time!
As of recently, we no longer pass on the applicable fuel cost surcharge to our partners per booking, but per departure date.
