It amazes me that a so-called customer service company will NOT honor a contract for refund after they cancelled their tour!! Laurens Winkel, owner, should know better than continuing to deny his contractual obligations! He obviously does not care that potential customers have been seriously impacted by C-19, & may need their deposit money more than he does! BBT has NOT complied with the 14 day deposit refund contract, and has not sent anything to us except “sob stories” and denials of his obligations!!
