The Captain, Crew and Tour Guides (Andre & Arendina) were all great. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff. The breakfast and lunch offerings were good but far too similar day after day. Adding a few more choices for both would be an enhancement. The evening meals were very good and the changes within the evening menus were a nice treat. The chef should be complimented. It may seem like a minor detail but there is not enough ice supplied to meet the demand. This is our 2nd Bike & Barge tour with you and in both cases, not enough ice for the drinks. We had approximately 40 Canadians on this ship (all friends) who love ice in their drinks and the ship could not accommodate our needs. Lastly and this is our big complaint. I had an E-bike that was fairly good. My wife switched to an E-bike after a couple of days. We should have saved our money. There was no E in that bike once you got over 15 km/hour. After the first day, there were no other E-Bikes available so we kept the one she rented. I switched with my wife because she could hardly peddle the E-bike we rented for her. Many others had problems with their E-bikes as well. Batteries dying half way through the route, not much E- juice in the bikes etc. So in closing, we had a great time but it’s time for some upgrades on your bicycles as that is half the time we spend on your cruises. We’re so sorry to hear your experience was less than 5-stars and did not meet your expectations. we really appreciate you bringing up the probelem about the e-bikes. We are going to take immediate action and make sure that other e-bikes are boarded. we are very sorry that the extra e-bike you received on board was not satisfactory. A tip for next time is that you can already book e-bikes in time when making a reservation. Then before the trip starts we will make sure that there are working e-bikes on board. Some e-bikes that are still on board may have something wrong with them and need to go to the office for maintenance. This may be the one that was given to your wife. This is absolutely not allowed but it can happen. I would like to hear if you had to pay for this e-bike because if so we would like to issue a refund. Hope to hear from you soon Warm regards, Romy

The trip was excellent although the ebikes were somewhat troublesome as many batteries did not last long enough to get riders through the day which was a problem to those who needed them. Food on board was good and the crew was very good. They did a very good job taking care of the guests especially the ones who were hurt during the rides, also some guests were sick and the crew showed genuine care towards the sick ones and did their best to do what they could. A general consensus among the guests was that a better selection could have been made for the breakfast food as the selection seemed to be limited to only three main breads and only one two slice toaster to serve 44 people and only one hour to work with. Coffee line ups were long as only one cup at a time could be made and often times in a small area people huddled there bumping into each other spilling food and coffee as they waited their turn to use the machine. We suggested the crew could make coffee in pots ahead of time to control the area as coffee is popular first thing in the morning. All together though we had a great trip with many memories to share and we thanked our tour guides for a job well done. This is as honest as we can put it and hopefully all can learn how to make things better not just for the crew who worked hard but also for the riders and we know some are just impatient. Thank you to the captain Volter who was amazing and a very friendly person. Thanks to all from the Timmers group from Canada.

Very good experience, will definitely be a repeat customer. Room was great, bathrooms larger than large cruise ships, food was very good, breakfasts could have offered different options but overall good.Staff was very good.

A great way to experience the Dutch countryside and cities as well as the culture. The bike courses were well marked. The guides were seen on the course often and were very helpful before and during rides. The food was excellent.

We totally enjoyed our bike and barge trip. The staff was great. The tour guides helped us when we needed a bike repair, when the ship staff couldn’t fix the problem. The food was excellent and accommodations were good. The gps was good as long as the tours were not changed. We did get lost a few times but found our way back no problem. Would recommend to everyone.

The boat and biking part was great The equipment supplied,especially the ebIke’s were sub par with lots of issues and dead batteries or batteries not being fully charged. Wait staff also need to learn quite a bit about customer service as 3 out of the 4 servers/bartenders were the worst we have ever experienced in 20 years or travelling.

This is one of the best trips we have ever taken. Patrick and his crew was outstanding. Chef Dick prepared great meals for this type of trip. Corrie and Erna as guides were excellent. We enjoyed meeting people from four different continents. In summary, this trip could not have gone better even though we had a few challenging days with the weather.

Wij hebben vorige week een boat bike tour gedaan van Amsterdam naar Brugge. Het waren geweldige dagen. De crew op de boot was echt super, niets was hen teveel, het eten was iedere dag heerlijk, gemaakt door een hele aardige kok. Met de gidsen Peter en Marcel hebben we prachtige fietstochtjes gemaakt en kregen we veel informatie over de omgeving en stadjes die we bezochten.
