We had a great trip experience again with our tour Bruges to Amsterdam on the Magnifique III ( our second trip) . The staff were great , very thoughtful and accommodating. Ingeborg was always “on” and her attention to detail was outstanding. Bas, our chef, managed to create just what we needed after a day on the bikes. The captain and crew looked after us very well dealing with our bike and and some unscheduled boarding. WE travelled both with the guide’s groups and independently and found the GPS guide to be very good. Our guides were great and broke us into either a slower/shorter or longer/faster group. Looking forward to our next trip with Boat Bike Tours

Wonderful experience. Excellent guides. Not only were they expert in cycling but provided interesting historical perspectives that really added to the enjoyment of the tours. I learned a lot. The ship’s crew were always ready to help and insure a great time on board. I was very impressed with all aspects of the cruise.

This is an impeccably run tour, that combines adventure travel with first class comfort..I’d recommend it without reservation.

It was a very well organized tour with great team leaders, outstanding staff on board and wonderful meals.

Great trip for us as it gave good options for long, short or stay on boat every day. As I’m not a rider and my husband is a keen urban rider it suited us well. We split up for a couple of days and I skipped one do we are both happy. Rides with guides were easy with really flat ground, good paths and our group (the shorter ride group) went along at anything from 13-16kph however October weather did give some stiff winds and quite a bit of drizzle with one day of proper rain. Recommend taking good weather gear that will dry easily (over pants, hat/hooded jacket, gloves, shoe protectors or waterproof shoes) and book an E-bike if at all concerned of your fitness for distance endurance each day/7 days of riding or ability to ride into stiff winds for some distance (although we had lots of breaks and I didn’t use it beyond Eco mode for 90% of the time). Meals were lovely and the Bar (a tab was kept and we paid by credit card at the end) prices reasonable. Cabins cleaned daily and good pressure hot water for end of day clean up ready for early dinners each night and into bed ready for next day. Thoroughly recommend it and you don’t have to be a serious cyclist to have a good holiday. Reasonable fitness and E-bike will get you through!

Our tour guides, Peter and Fred, were outstanding. They went out of their way to offset the windy, wet, and gloomy weather that prevailed on our cruise. The crew of the Magnifique was fantastic. Very welcoming. And we always approached the evening dinner with anticipation of yet another great meal cooked up by chef Johann. Overall, we were very pleased with the way the experience bonded all the guests and crew, creating a most comfortable and rewarding week of boating and biking, despite the less-than-ideal weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Iron Gates Danube Boat Bike Tour. The staff and crew went out of their way to make everything work, and we enjoyed every minute.
