Luxurious accommodations and exemplary service from the whole crew.

We had a fantastic week riding from Amsterdam to Brugge in early June. Our tour guides Hans and Bert guided us through the beautiful countryside in Netherlands and Belgium. The Magnifique IV was a beautiful boat, much nicer than the website shows. The staff worked tirelessly to accommodate all our needs. Dinners were varied and yummy. I used an ebike which made the biking on mostly flat paths enjoyable. The week was beyond our expectations and highly recommend if you enjoy an active holiday.

We have just completed the Deluxe Tour form Brugges to Amsterdam on the Magnifique II. The boat was comfortable and clean with excellent staff and the food was fantastic. The Guide-led rides are quite slow and clearly designed for the beginning rider. My wife and I are experienced cyclists and we never did get our heart rates up. However, this pace forced us to sit back and enjoy the scenery. We highly recommend this tour and look forward to returning.

Well planned and executed trip. The thoughtful touches of all staff were very much appreciated. A special mention to the one we spent most time with, namely Hans – he is a brilliant tour guide and worth his weight in gold! My sincere thanks to all.

We both enjoyed our Boat Bike Tour on Magnifique IV very much. It probably helped that we had fantastic weather May 12-19 but there were many things we liked. Our room was comfortable, including beds and pillows. The food was excellent and ample. The shared coffee machines worked great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, including our guides. The bikes were sturdy and worked well. Routes seemed to be well-planned for scenery and points of interest. Each of our daily rides was interesting. They were just long enough and included as many stops as we cared for. I opted for the “long” ride each day but there really was seldom much difference. At 69 and 70 years old but pretty active bikers we wondered how well our fellow passenger/bikers would do. Would it be too fast or too slow? No. We were neither the youngest nor oldest but fit right in and everyone did quite well. We wondered about how we’d do mingling with others. Everyone got along well and the trip was great fun!

Our tour from Amsterdam to Bruges on the Magnifique II was spectacular. The captain, chris and his crew were so accommodating and kind to everyone. Our chef, Jordy’s food was absolutely restaurant quality. Rooms were extremely clean and our servers Esme and Tara went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for. Both tour guides were excellent and Jens added so much knowledge and history to each of our outings. Highly Recommend this boat and tour!

We had an amazing time on the Magnifique II Tour from Bruges to Amsterdam. Chef Edwin’s three-course meals were outstanding. The Tour guides Wendy and Jens did an excellent job showing us the sites along the tour. Captain Hylke was constantly making sure that everyone was well-taken care of. The rest of the crew, Tara, Esmee, and Thomas were always helping out in a variety of capacities. They were friendly, thoughtful, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. Everyone on the crew goes the extra mile. My mother had a minor accident on her bike and when Esmee found out about it she wrote her a thoughtful note and brought her some delicious chocolate. We highly recommend this tour.

We went on the Magnifique II for the second time and have been on the III and IV previously. We always choose the Magnifique boats because of the excellent quality/care and friendliness of the Magnifique crew. The ownership and staff have always been amazing. This time was no different. Our guides in the past have been extremely knowledgeable of the sites and explained everything in detail. Our main tour guide on this trip seemed to be more interested in just getting to the final destination. Missed visting some of the beautiful castles/churches and seemed to not have the interest in sharing details with us or possibly didn’t know about them. The Magnifique boats are superb and we hope to go again next fall.

The experience was unique. The food exclusive and the guided tours interesting. I was very much impressed about the rooms that looked more like a 4 star hotel than cabins on a boat. Very comfortable bed, perfect shower and spacious bathroom

Our trip was from Amsterdam to Brugge, 8 days. The crew and bike leaders were excellent – very personable and did a great job. Food was fantastic and the towns and cities we visited on the tour were inspiring. Being on a small boat, you got to know almost everybody, making it much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this tour.
