Unser Schiff: Leafde fan Fryslân Perfekt geeignet für 2 Dutzend Passagiere mit Bikes und guter Laune , Internationale Zusammensetzung bringt Schwung in Deine Kommunikation…. Unser Captain : Floris , cool und kompetent Unser Bootsmann: Yorick , immer busy und engagiert Unser Koch : Ruben, zaubert in seiner kompakten Kombüse die Besten internationalen Leckerbissen….. dazu gibts passend Musik , Gesang und Pfeifsoli ….. Wenn Du Kaffee willst um 6 a.m. , kein Problem ….. Our housekeeping ( and much more ) : Anny , always on the run Serving every thing, if possible ….. Our tour guide: Paulette , best Tour Guide EVER , she showed us Ijsselmeer on – and offshore in a wonderful charming style….. This was our second experience with Boat Bike Tours. A trip on the Fluvius from Bruges to Amsterdam made us eager to sail with this company again. We were expecting a nice trip on the Leafde fan Fryslan, sailing and biking along the coast of the Ijsselmeer. What we experienced was an amazing week with a wonderful crew, a beautiful ship and friendly guests. The beautiful online photos accurately depict this ship. The captain, Floris, was attentive to all our needs, as was the entire crew, Annie, Yorick, Ruben, and guide Paulette. The weather was unusually hot for the Netherlands, necessitating changes in the biking and sailing routes. Floris used his ingenuity and expertise to assure that we were all comfortable and well cared for. The guests’ standing ovation for the crew at our last meal says it all! This was among the best vacations we have ever had.

We just returned from a week on the Leafde fan Fryslan with Captain Floris, and his crew: Yorick, Ruben, Annie and Paulette. This is our second experience with BoatBike Tours and our first on a sailing vessel. Everything about this trip exceeded our expectations: food, condition of the ship, staterooms, attentiveness of the crew, quality of bike and walking tours and the camaraderie among the guests.The temperature was extremely high for the Netherlands in July. The crew took that into consideration and did everything possible to make our tour enjoyable. We can’t see enough about the excellence of the entire BoatBike Tours experience!

I did this tour as a 79 yr old with my 21 yr grandson. He did the bike routes while I explored on foot. Both of us had a very good time. The crew were fantastic, all of them.

We had a spectacular week sailing on the Leafde fan Fryslan! The crew was outstanding – hospitable, efficient, warm, and fun. The accommodations were very comfortable and the food delicious. The cycling was great, and so wonderful to have the bikes with us at every port. The captain and crew adapted to change quickly in order to ensure an excellent experience for all. You are fortunate to have Eelke, Marnick, Ryanne, Silvo, and Patrick working for you!

Everything about this program deserves highest marks: the staff, the cabin accommodations (except for maybe the too soft mattresses), the vessel, the meals, the bikes, especially the e-bikes, the guide, daily riding distances, and choice of length, and, above all, the lovely mix of the group, with 3 South Africans, 7 Americans, and a lively group of 13 Germans. Wonderful program!
