This Bruges to Amsterdam BoatBike tour on Magnifique II was outstanding in every way. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and competent in every way. The cabin was clean and comfortable; the food was delicious, abundant and varied. The cycling was amazing, and we were very lucky to have fine weather each day. Our two group leaders, Arendina and Tom, were exceptional – caring for each rider, providing historical insights and just being delightful and fun to be with. I thoroughly recommend this tour.

Exceptional crew! Our tour leaders were fun, very safety conscious, knowledgeable about the area, hardworking and available to meet everyone’s needs. Our rooms were spotless and well appointed. The captain accommodated our wish to visit the wheelhouse. Food service was great and the chef creative. There were a few glitches for those people with special dietary requests but the crew were very receptive to ironing those out.

We had a couple in our group that wrecked their bikes 7 times in a day (once the woman ran into the back of me) so the guides wouldn’t let them continue riding. Kudos to the guides for making me and the rest of the group feel safe! The guides should be congratulated by the company for keeping everyone safe! I want to add the entire crew on Magnifique IV was fabulous, no they were better than fabulous! Keep them together if you can… I’ve given info to at least 8 people that have inquired about the trip. And we will be back for another BoatBikeTour!!!

The crew were friendly, smiling and very helpful. Jerom and Hans were phenominal guides and always nearby and very helpful. So many laughs. Only wished we left with tee shirts that marked our route from Amsterdam to Bruges with the heading “I did it! 2023” Will make my own for this year. Thank you for making our vacation so much fun.

Our guide was excellent, the crew was excellent, the food was excellent, and the boat was very comfortable. The only suggestion I would have for improvement would be in the area of the rental bicycles. Our family group had both ebikes and regular bikes and although the crew did their best to make them work, there were challenges.

This was our second trip with this company. Again the tour guides, the ship, the food, the bikes, the entire crew were all wonderful. The weather ended up being a bit windy which changed the plans but it didn’t matter, all good. As the first time, my husband and I got off track,aka lost, but were always able to get back to the ship just fine. So many beautiful sights. Already thinking about what bike tour we want to take next.

I really enjoyed our tour guide and crew. Frans was great at adjusting our bike route for parades, traffic, weather or seeing something interesting. The suggestions of what to bring for the tour were very good but I would suggest adding roughly how much time would be spent biking. We spent about 4-5 hours biking per day with about 3 or 4 stops.

We absolutely loved riding through the country side and small towns. Great experience and a great way to see countries outside of big cities. Service by the staff and crew was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I wanted to give more stars however there were several things that need to be addressed. -The WIFI IS TERRIBLE!!!! It wouldn’t take much to upgrade this and make it a better experience. -The morning briefings at times were confusing and the slides sometimes didn’t match up properly to the conversation. -The final morning we had to be out of our rooms by 9:00 it would have been nice to be able to check out at 10:00 allowing us to go back to the room one last time after breakfast. The lines to the single bathroom was VERY LONG.
