A great holiday with excellent food, very good service from the crew on the fine ship “Swiss Crown”. Nice bycycling on fine bikes in the beautiful nature along the Danube. Could not be better.

Our guide, Irena made this tour fun, extremely enjoyable, and safe. The rest of the crew, Ricardo, Sylvia, and Irena also made it very enjoyable. The meals were yummy. I might add all the crew were funny, entertaining.

We were greatly thrilled to cycle through such variety of landscapes and villages/cities with our very knowledgeable guides Wil and Esther. We learned a lot about the history, architecture and infrastructure of the Netherlands. Hats of to all the other staff, the chef and Monique especially.

Fred was a fabulous Tour Guide. He took us to so many great places and he made sure it was easy for everyone to follow him. On his own time, he also took us on guided walks in the evening which was so much fun. Great staff on board the Gandalf. Very attentive and great food. Overall Amazing tour. Sights and towns were absolutely gorgeous. Hit some rain but it didn’t damper our tour. It was so nice to get to know the other riders from various countries. Very friendly group of travelers.

The Captain and Guides did an amazing job working around the bad weather to make sure we were able to enjoy the trip and the planned activities. We had poor weather but Captain adapted the schedule to get us into sheltered ports. The Guides also adapted the ride routes and schedules. We never missed a day of riding thanks to them.

Room came with everything we needed. Might add a hook or two in the washroom to dry clothes. Coffee was awful. Staff generally were very good. Breakfasts were great. GPS app was terrific.

I have to start off by saying the this was my 3rd trip similar trip, 2nd with Island Hopper and once with a competitor company and this was the worst of the 3. Food was barely palatable. Why was the best dinner, where food was being made on deck supported by left over shellfish and other food from the night before? Staff that were managing the rooms were basically non-existent. Having towels changed once in 6 days is not acceptable. Asking to clean up the bathrooms at least once for the 6 days was never done. Service for drinks and other amenities by the young staff were superior but senior staff were not up to par. Tour guides were fine. Basic ship handling was fine but as I mentioned I have been more impressed in the past. The fellow guests were a hoot. The day of sailing was a nightmare and why didn’t senior staff offer seasick pills ahead of time knowing how rough the seas would be. They should have offered everyone seasick pills. Ultimately 1/2 of the passengers were really seasick some laying on the deck for hours. Think twice before booking a trip on the Atlantis.

Our chef always strives to prepare the best meals, but it seems that the first meal did not meet your expectations. We take your comments seriously and will focus our efforts on improving the consistency of our meals. Towel Service: We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our towel service. We typically change towels once a week, but we understand that some guests may need towels more frequently. In the future, we will ensure that our guests are aware of this option to request additional towels. Cleaning: We regret that your request for more frequent bathroom cleaning was not accommodated. We will discuss this with our crew to ensure that guests have a cleaner and more comfortable stay in the future. Seasick Pills: We understand that the unexpectedly rough seas on the day of sailing posed a challenge for some guests. Unfortunately, we are not authorized to provide seasickness pills on board. However, we will consider informing guests of this situation before departure so that they can be prepared. Atmosphere: We appreciate your comments about the informal and relaxed atmosphere on board. This is something that many of our guests enjoy. However, we will continue to work on improving overall service quality and communication. We would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts and hope you understand that we take your feedback seriously. Our goal is to ensure that every guest has an enjoyable and memorable trip.
