We had a wonderful trip of the Netherlands with Boat Bike Tours. The staff of the barge, Da Amsterdam, were always helpful and friendly. The guides from Boat Bike tours were always able to answer our questions and find the information we desired. The Dutch bikes were comfortable. We slept well each night in our superior twin room. We enjoyed all of the meals. The kitchen was able to provide separate vegetarian meals and gluten free meals. We would definitely take another trip with Boat Bike Tours!

We are an Asian family of 6 adults who hardly cycle in Singapore. We signed up for this tour without knowing what we are in for. Marja was very sharp and knew right away that we need orientation so she guide us on day one how to read the signs on paper and on road as well as how to cycle in Amsterdam. Though we struggle with head wind, we manage to visit half the tour on bike and half on public transport as we were tired. The food on the boat was sumptuous and I must praise the Chef and his team. St the end we had a memorable experience in Netherlands and would like to return for more trips.

A fabulous week with a great crew and tour guides Jens and Maria on board De Amsterdam. Just need up to date information to be sent out about the tours and not last year’s information when booking. Guiding directions need to be more explicit on the last day of the tour to get to the final docking place or the maps need to be of a bigger scale as the last trip was difficult towards the end to get back to the boat even for those of us good at reading maps.

For our first tour of this kind we were very pleased with all aspects of the adventure, the ship, food, bikes and tours. The food was of great quality. The staff and crew were always smiling and helpful, but most of all the tour guides Nicko and Yanika were experienced, fun, and knowledgable. Enjoyed all the excitement of the city tours. Would highly reccomend!

Great way to see Holland. Bikes and boat were great. Guides/Hosts were great. Food and accommodation were very good. We’ll do one of these trips again, that’s for sure. If you are looking for non “highfalutin” vacation this is your ticket! Very well organized but casual at the same time. Great.

It was a great experience and all staff did their best to make me feel welcome which is important for a single woman travelling on her own.

First-class experience. All communications with Boat Bike Tours were quickly dealt with; the trip itself around Southern Holland was very well organised, tiring but very rewarding! The daily bike rides enabled us to see so much of the countryside and beautiful towns and villages. We would unreservedly recommend BBT. Please can we book for the North Holland tour in 2019?!
