Hi, It was a wonderful trip and all of the staff,food etc were exceptional. Unfortunately our cabin 134 was badly ventilated and had a terrible odour.They provided some air freshener which did not work. Needs immediate attention.

Excellent organisation and guides on our barge trip

We had such a great time! The trip was so much more than I had anticipated, the food was amazing, the boat was beautiful, the staff on board were extremely professional and the boat and bike staff really made us feel welcome! I am already looking at trips for next year!

Wifi was spotty and sometimes never worked in the cabin. Great staff… Among the rides, time is too limited to discover the small towns passed. It feels like you are rushed. If the rides were more flexible instead of being too long you can venture more. The price of the trip is very decent, therefore the amenities do reflect that. I enjoyed all very much. I would highly recommend it.

Loved everything during our Boat and Bike tour of Southern Netherlands. Only one warning, make sure to rent electric bike, you will be glad you had one.

unsere Reise mit der MS de Amsterdam hatte leider einen gravierenden Mangel In unserer Kabine in diesem Fall die Kabine mit der Nummer 126 war ein ständiges Geräusch der Klimaanlage bzw Lüftung zu hören. Sodass an einen ruhigen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin konnte weder der Manager noch der Kapitän für Abhilfe sorgen auch eine andere Kabine stand nicht zur Verfügung. normalerweise hätten wir die Reise abgebrochen aber aufgrund der sonstigen guten Umstände sind wir an Bord geblieben. Aus diesem Grunde können wir diese Reise nicht weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful trip of the Netherlands with Boat Bike Tours. The staff of the barge, Da Amsterdam, were always helpful and friendly. The guides from Boat Bike tours were always able to answer our questions and find the information we desired. The Dutch bikes were comfortable. We slept well each night in our superior twin room. We enjoyed all of the meals. The kitchen was able to provide separate vegetarian meals and gluten free meals. We would definitely take another trip with Boat Bike Tours!

We are an Asian family of 6 adults who hardly cycle in Singapore. We signed up for this tour without knowing what we are in for. Marja was very sharp and knew right away that we need orientation so she guide us on day one how to read the signs on paper and on road as well as how to cycle in Amsterdam. Though we struggle with head wind, we manage to visit half the tour on bike and half on public transport as we were tired. The food on the boat was sumptuous and I must praise the Chef and his team. St the end we had a memorable experience in Netherlands and would like to return for more trips.

A fabulous week with a great crew and tour guides Jens and Maria on board De Amsterdam. Just need up to date information to be sent out about the tours and not last year’s information when booking. Guiding directions need to be more explicit on the last day of the tour to get to the final docking place or the maps need to be of a bigger scale as the last trip was difficult towards the end to get back to the boat even for those of us good at reading maps.
